II. JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Our products: Energy solutions, generator, ATS cabinet, synchronous cabinet, alternator,…
2. Key responsibilities:
- Reach target of sales according to the goals of the team and the company.
- Closely work with product & sales team (internal) & customers (external).
- Establish relationships with potential customers and get enquires for new products.
- New product kick-off and presentation.
- Create strong network toward the industry to all different partners such as end-user, contractor, consultant, etc.
- Maintain good relationship with current customers.
- Willingness to travel and a strong drive to develop business.
- Participate in sales events to grow awareness and pipeline - such as trainings, technical workshops, IoT, etc.
III. REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in technical equipment/automotive/automation, prioritize having proven experienced in Project Sale/ Industrial Product Sale.
- Strong customer service orientation (both internal and external customers).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to negotiate and persuade.
- Be proactive & progressive.
