Our maintenance process is carried out by a team of experienced engineers, carried out thoroughly in 3 main stages:

Phase 1: Initial Survey and Evaluation

Before the start, Huu Toan's engineering team will carry out a comprehensive survey of the machine. This is an important stage to accurately assess the current condition of the machine, thereby devising the most suitable maintenance or repair plan if abnormal problems are detected, avoiding large and costly failures in the future.

Stage 2: Conduct intensive maintenance

After completing the survey, we will delve into the detailed maintenance items.

1. Overview check and test run the machine:

• Check the condition of basic components such as lubricant, coolant, battery tank, impeller, and wiring.

• Start the machine in idle mode to listen for strange noises, observe the smoke color, and check the output voltage to detect leaks or abnormal parameters.

If a fault is detected during the test run, the technician will stop the machine and fix it just before entering the main maintenance phase.

2. Cleaning and periodic replacement:

• Replace consumables (oil filter, oil filter, lubricating oil, cooling water, air filter) if due.

• Thoroughly inspect the transmitter, control components, voltage stabilization system (AVR), and mechanical couplings.

• Clean the entire unit, remove adhering dirt and grease, make the machine work more efficiently and easily detect signs of leakage during use.

3. Test operation under load:

• The machine will be tested in loaded mode to check the stability of the system in actual operation.

• Check the operation of power switch cabinet (ATS)to ensure the automatic machine activates and switches the voltage smoothly.

Stage 3: Final evaluation and handover

After completing the above steps, the entire system will be checked again for the last time. We will hand over the machine and provide detailed information about the condition of the machine, the work done for customers to understand, and receive feedback to better complete the service.
