II. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Process Evaluation: Analyze and  evaluate existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for  improvement.

• System Design:  Develop and implement efficient production systems and layouts to optimize  resource utilization.

• Project Management: Manage  and coordinate production schedules and projects to maximize  productivity.

• Data Analysis:  Utilize statistical analysis and data processing tools to test and implement  system solutions.

• Team Collaboration:  Work closely with cross-functional teams to support production goals and  initiatives.

• Compliance: Ensure  compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.

• Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and  reduce costs.

III. REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in  Industrial Engineering or a related field.    

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial  engineering/manufacturing or a related field.    

• Skills:    

o Proficiency in industrial engineering tools and methodologies (e.g., work  measurement, process mapping, facilities design).    

o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.    

o Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.    

o Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement  methodologies.    

o Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office, AutoCAD,  and other relevant tools.    

• Personal Attributes:    

o Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.    

o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.    

o Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.    

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Experience with SAP or other Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).    

• Knowledge of Kaizen, Kanban, and other lean manufacturing  techniques.    

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
